This is Jurel’s second fifty-plus score in the longest format, with his previous best being 90 against England.Jurel becomes the 12th Indian wicketkeeper to score a Test century, and notably, he is the fifth Indian to register maiden hundred against West Indies, joining the likes of Vijay Manjrekar, Farookh Engineer, Ajay Ratra, and Wriddhiman Saha.
