A 17-year-old intermediate student was found dead by suicide at his residence in Chatrinaka, Hyderabad. His father discovered him hanging in his room after he failed to respond. Police arrived at the scene and registered a case following confirmation of death by paramedics.

Hyderabad: An intermediate student died by suicide at his house in Chatrinaka on Saturday night.
According to the police, the boy P Akash Krishna (17), lived with his parents at their house in Phoolbagh Chaman, Chatrinaka. On Saturday night, he went inside his room and did not come out.
When his father, P Bala Krishna tried to check him, the boy did not answer his calls. The father then broke open the door and found Akash Krishna hanging from the ceiling fan.
Upon receiving information, the police reached the spot and called the 108 ambulance. Subsequently, the paramedics arrived and after examining the boy, declared him dead. A case has been registered.
Barkas resident killed in road mishap
In another news, a 30 year-old man died in a road accident at Chandrayangutta on Saturday night.
The man Essa Bin Abubakar Sari, (30), a resident of Barkas, Chandrayangutta was going on his scooter on the Barkas road around 3.45 am, when the vehicle reportedly skidded, causing him to fall on the road. He suffered serious head injuries and died on the spot, said Bandlaguda Sub-Inspector, D Subhash.
A case has been registered and the police are verifying the footage of the surveillance cameras installed in the vicinity of the accident site.
