Dental camp held to mark birth anniversary of Kurapati school’s founder in Vijayawada


A free dental camp was organised for students of Kurapati High School in Vijayawada to commemorate the 110th birth anniversary of its founder Kurapati Chandrasekhara Rao. A floral tribute was paid to the founder. Later, class IV student Shanmukh Priya and class VIII student Deekshita entertained the audience with Kuchipudi dance performance.

The camp offered check-ups to 210 students. School Secretary K. Chandrasekhara Rao presented scholarships worth ₹1,50,000 to underprivileged students and distributed saris to women in honour of the school founder. Sweets were also distributed to the students. Principal Ganugula Yugandharachary, and doctors from Apple Hospitals were also present at the event.
