An updated version of the Hero Mavrick 440 has been spotted ahead of its launch. Note that the bike is equipped with an upside-down fork. Hero MotoCorp had showcased the updated Mavrick 440 at EICMA 2024. The same changes appear to have been carried over to the production version. Besides the golden USD fork, the engine crankcase cover has a bronze finish instead of the usual black. The Mavrick 440 shares its underpinnings with the Harley-Davidson X440. It uses a 440cc single-cylinder engine that produces 27 BHP and 36 Nm and comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox via an assist and slipper clutch. The Mavrick 440 was recently delisted from Hero MotoCorp’s official website. Bookings were paused less than 18 months after its launch, citing poor sales. The bike is now expected to be relaunched in its updated avatar soon. Source:Autocar India
