2026 Renault Kwid EV with 250 km range launched in Brazil Renault has introduced the new Kwid EV in Brazil. Based on the Dacia Spring EV, the new Kwid E-Tech is available in a single Techno variant priced at R$99,990 (approximately Rs 16.5 lakh) in Brazil. The new Kwid EV gets several cosmetic changes on the outside. These include a redesigned front fascia with a new horizontal grille flanked by Y-shaped LEDs and headlamps positioned separately on the bumper. The rear features Y-shaped taillights with a black insert running across the tailgate. Both front and rear bumpers have been reworked and now have a sharper design. The flap-type door handles have been carried over, and the car gets new dual-tone alloy wheels. The interior of the 2026 Kwid EV has been revamped with a new dashboard. It has a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system in the centre and a new 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. In Brazil, the Kwid EV comes equipped with ADAS, which includes features like Lane Keep Assist, Automatic Emergency Braking, Driver Fatigue Detection, and Traffic Sign Recognition. The Kwid E-Tech is offered with a 26.8 kWh battery pack, offering a range of 180 km (Inmetro/PBEV test cycle) and real-world range of up to 250 km. It powers a 64 BHP electric motor. The battery can be charged in 3 hours using a 7 kW AC charger and 45 minutes using a 30 kW DC fast charger.
