Keeping in mind the rapid growth of the sporty commuter segment, TVS has updated its sporty 125cc commuter bike, the Raider, with some new features that make it even more relevant for the festive season. The main updates are a rear disc brake for braking, making it an all-disc setup, and comes with single-channel ABS, making it the first motorcycle in the segment to feature these.

Further improving the safety aspect, the tires have been made slightly wider, 90/90-17 and 110/80-R17 for the front tyre, which not only provides more contact patch while cornering but also adds a bit of stance to the motorcycle.
Other upgrades are in the features and electronics department, including Boost Mode with a slight torque boost for acceleration or overtaking and Glide Through Technology (GTT) that maintains constant RPM even at low speeds. Finally, the new feature-loaded variant has been introduced in a new red color with red callipers.
The new most expensive variant of the Raider can be chosen in two variants, the one with LCD screen is available at Rs.93,800 and the one with TFT screen is priced at Rs.95,600, both (ex-showroom).
