HCLTech | The IT company reported a flat consolidated net profit of ₹4,235 crore for the quarter ended on September 30, 2025. On a sequential basis, the IT company reported a 10.2% growth compared to the net profit of ₹3,843 crore in the June quarter. The consolidated revenue of HCL Technologies increased by 10.6% to ₹31,942 crore during the reported quarter from ₹28,862 crore a year ago. HCL Technologies maintained the revenue growth projection for the financial year 2026 in the range of 3-5% on a year-over-year basis on a constant currency basis, the company said. It also raised full fiscal services revenue guidance in the range of 4-5% from 3-5% projected earlier.

Just Dial | The company posted a net profit of ₹119 crore, down 22.5% from ₹154 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, revenue grew 6.4% year-on-year to ₹303 crore from ₹284.8 crore, reflecting steady operational performance. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹87 crore, up 6.1% from ₹82 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin remained largely unchanged at 28.7%, compared to 28.8% in the corresponding period last year.

KEC International | The global infrastructure EPC major and an RPG Group company, announced that it has secured new orders worth ₹1,174 crore for Transmission and Distribution (T&D) projects in India and the Middle East. The newly secured projects include a ±800 kV HVDC and 765 kV transmission line order from a reputed private developer in India and a 380 kV transmission line project in Saudi Arabia.

Lodha Developers | Realty major said it has acquired a 100% stake in Chaitanya Bilva Private Ltd (CBPL) for a cash consideration of ₹499.61 crore, making CBPL its wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition, completed on October 13, 2025, adds a prime land parcel of approximately 8.37 acres in Bengaluru to Lodha’s portfolio. Chaitanya Bilva Private, incorporated on November 17, 2021, operates in the development and construction of residential real estate projects.

Oil India | State-run firm announced the mechanical completion of its Numaligarh–Siliguri Product Pipeline (NSPL) upgradation project, marking a key step in strengthening petroleum product transport infrastructure across India’s northeast.
