Along with some new electric cars, Suzuki will also introduce several two-wheelers at the upcoming Japan Mobility Show 2025. The new two-wheelers to be introduced will also include the Suzuki e-Vanvan concept, which is a new form of electric mobility for urban environments. In Suzuki’s words, the idea behind the e-van is to ‘fulfill the desires of customers who want to experience the joy and thrill of riding a motorcycle’, even if it is an electric two-wheeler.

The e-VanVan is designed as a lightweight, electric city bike
The e-Vanvan takes its name from a Suzuki leisure motorcycle from the 1970s, and shares a similar design and styling. It gets a facelift, keeping the original model’s lightweight features with minimal bodywork, a single bench seat and chunky tyres.

With 1,810 mm length, 825 mm width and 1,050 mm height, it is roughly the same size as the Honda Navi, and is also in line with the dimensions of 1970s vans.

A larger battery pack has been placed in place of the engine
The concept features full LED lighting, bar-end mirrors, disc-type wheels and a circular digital instrument cluster. A large battery pack is housed in a dual cradle frame, and the e-Vanvan appears to have a mid-drive motor, which Suzuki says will deliver performance similar to a 125cc motorcycle. The concept also features disc brakes on both sides, a conventional telescopic fork and dual rear shock absorbers.

Along with the e-van, Suzuki will also showcase the e-Access (sold as e-Address overseas), which was introduced at the 2025 Auto Expo in January but is yet to go on sale in India.
