In terms of design, the Countryman is not much different from the JCW EV, with most of the differences being the sporty looking bumpers and wheels, quad exhaust and red highlights on the exterior and interior. The JCW is available in three exterior colors – Midnight Black with red roof and racing stripes, Legend Gray with red roof and racing stripes and British Racing Green with black roof and racing stripes.

The cabin too, gets more sporty design touches like the JCW steering and seats, red highlights on surfaces, metal-finished pedals, variant-specific graphics for the digital interface and Boost mode to unlock maximum performance, etc.

Talking about performance, JCW has replaced the electric drivetrain of the Countryman E with a 2.0-litre, turbo-petrol engine that produces 296 bhp and 400 Nm of torque and is equipped with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and all-wheel drive. Mini claims that it accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and its top speed is 250 km/h.
