Ahead of the grand release of his much-anticipated film Telusu Kada on October 17, Star Boy Siddhu Jonnalagadda shared insights about the film. The actor-writer, known for his deep involvement in filmmaking, confessed, “I wish I could just deliver the dialogues and go back to my caravan, but I don’t have that luxury.”

He takes on the responsibility when producers, like TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad of People Media Factory, trust his vision entirely. Siddhu candidly accepted that his successes and failures, like DJ Tillu, Tillu Square and Jack, have set high personal expectations.

“When I’m involved, if a film succeeds, everyone gets credit; if it fails, the blame is solely on me. I’m here, risking it,” he stated. Despite Neeraja Kona being a debut director, Siddhu decided to move forward because of the script’s “uniqueness,” but only after achieving a “unique characterization” for the protagonist, Varun.

He stated that his character would take a “wild turn after the 23rd minute.” He ensured a team of experienced technicians, including Thaman and cinematographer Gnana Shekar, backed the project, giving it a “big-film making” feel. He praised Srinidhi Shetty and Raashii Khanna performances stating that it will be an entertaining film with three interesting characters. He stated that his character will be on par with Tillu and movie will be equally entertaining for everyone.
