The triple screen setup in cars is becoming increasingly popular among buyers for its high-tech and futuristic appeal. In the past, this feature was limited to luxury EVs such as the Mercedes EQ series or high-end Audi models. It provides multiple customization themes, layouts and widgets, enhancing the overall digital experience for passengers.
The Mahindra Xev 9E is one of the first vehicles in India to offer triple screens from the entry-level variant. It features three 12.3-inch displays – an infotainment system, a digital driver’s display and a passenger display.
Considering the rising demand of this feature, OEMs such as Tata, Renault and Mahindra are planning to introduce triple-screen setups in some of their upcoming models. Let’s take a look:
Upcoming SUVs | Expected Launch |
Tata Sierra | November, 2025 |
Mahindra Xev 7e | December, 2025 |
Mahindra XUV700 Facelift | Q1, 2026 |
New-Gen Renault Duster | H1, 2026 |
2025 Tata Sierra

The all-new Sierra will be the first Tata to feature a triple screen setup. Recently, one of its test mules was spotted with three connected displays integrated on the dashboard. It will consist of a central touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument cluster and a dedicated display for the co-passenger. The Tata Sierra will come with a pack of several advanced features, and three engine options – petrol, diesel and electric.
Mahindra XEV 7e & XUV700 Facelift

Mahindra & Mahindra is set to introduce the XEV 7e born-electric SUV and the updated XUV700 with a triple screen setup. The Mahindra Xev 7ewhich is essentially a three-row version of the XEV 9e, will share several design elements, features, powertrains and platform with its 5-seater counterpart. This means, it might also feature a triple screen layout. Spy images further confirm that the 2026 Mahindra XUV700 facelift will also come with a triple screen setup, which is likely to be borrowed from the XEV 9e.
New Renault Duster

The next-generation Renault Duster will look completely different from its predecessor. Its interior will also be more upmarket and premium, offering a tri-cluster setup. However, this feature could be reserved for the higher trims. The all-new Duster will adopt Renault’s new design language, and will be offered with multiple powertrain options including petrol, hybrid, and an fully electric version (currently under evaluation).
