In recent days, there has been a brewing situation between Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka regarding investments. While several companies have expressed frustration with the infrastructure in Bengaluru, Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh has been proactively inviting them to invest in the state, a move that was reciprocated by Karnataka’s DK Shivakumar.
In this context, Lokesh made a very mature and honest statement today, confidently asserting that he prioritizes Andhra Pradesh and its investment prospects above everything else.
“When companies and industrialists complain about another state’s infrastructure, it becomes an open opportunity for me to extend all possible support on behalf of Andhra Pradesh. There is absolutely nothing wrong in healthy competition. Moreover, I am not here for Twitter wars — my only aim is to attract investments, and I will work exceptionally hard to achieve that,” Lokesh stated.
Lokesh did not mention any specific names or states in his statement, keeping it broad and professional. His well-crafted response reflects a positive and forward-looking approach toward bringing more investments to Andhra Pradesh.
