The iconic Renault Duster nameplate is all set to make a comeback in an all-new avatar in 2026. The French automaker has confirmed that the third-gen Duster will make its India debut on January 26, 2025.
In the midsize SUV segment, it will go up against the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Victoris and Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Toyota Hyryder and several others. While official details of the 2026 Renault Duster are yet to be revealed, here’s what we know so far about the upcoming SUV.

Multiple Engine Options
The new Renault Duster will be offered with multiple powertrains including petrol and hybrid. However, the hybrid version is expected to be introduced at a later stage. Initially, the SUV could be made available with a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol and a 1.3L turbo petrol engine. The naturally aspirated motor will power the lower variants, while the turbo-petrol unit will be reserved for higher trims.
