Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy once again took a swipe at BRS leader K T Rama Rao, linking his name to the growing tension within the KCR family. Speaking at a public meeting in Jubilee Hills, Revanth said that KTR’s sister, Kavitha, was pushed out of her own home over property-related disputes, which left her in tears.
Revanth questioned KTR’s credibility and character, saying, “If he couldn’t stand by his own sister, how can people expect him to care for the public?” He challenged KTR to respond to the questions and pain expressed by his sister before talking about others.
Revanth also accused both BRS and BJP of working hand in hand behind the scenes, claiming that political and personal motives were driving their actions. He alleged that a plot was hatched against Kavitha regarding a share in the family’s vast wealth.
Interestingly, Kavitha too recently made indirect but strong remarks hinting at her strained relationship with KTR. Speaking off record, she questioned, “Who would ever tap their own brother-in-law’s phone?” a comment that many believe was aimed at her brother.
Revanth concluded his speech urging voters in Jubilee Hills to give Congress a chance, promising all-round development and accountability.
