Royal Enfield has expanded the Himalayan 450 lineup by launching a new variant ‘Mana Black Edition’. Inspired by the Mana Pass in Uttarakhand, one of the highest motorable roads in India, this new version of the adventure motorcycle has been given a blacked-out look. These updates are completely visual and no mechanical changes have been made compared to the standard model.

The Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition is available in all black, which is visible on all parts and body panels of the cycle, while the fuel tank gets a touch of contrast with light gray graphics.

The motorcycle also gets accessories like black rally handguard, rally seat, rally-style front mudguard and rally-inspired rear section. It also has tubeless spoke wheels.

Apart from these visual changes and supporting features, the bike is mechanically identical to the standard Himalayan 450. It is powered by a 452 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled Sherpa engine, which produces 39.5 bhp at 8,000 rpm and 40 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm, and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Himalayan 450 Man Black Edition is expected to be launched in India in the coming months, possibly at the brand’s annual Motoverse event, where the company may also announce prices for the Bullet 650.
