Aprilia has expanded its series of MotoGP-inspired two-wheelers with the introduction of the RS 457 GP Replica at EICMA 2025. The new edition is similar to the SR-GP Replica 175, which was launched in the Indian market earlier this year. This variant brings race-bike styling cues to Aprilia’s most accessible parallel-twin motorcycles.

At first glance, it may look like a standard striped color scheme, but a closer look reveals a number of details that make it different. The RS 457 GP Replica features official RS-GP MotoGP team graphics, finished in a mix of glossy and matte paintwork on several panels. The fairing and bodywork feature factory sponsor decals with red and silver accents.

Standardly, the GP Replica Edition includes a pillion seat cowl and a bi-directional quickshifter, both of which are available as accessories on the standard model. Aprilia has also made a small change to the braking setup, which includes high friction compound in the front brake pad which gives stronger initial grip and better braking stability.

Mechanically, the RS 457 GP Replica is identical to the standard model. It is powered by a 457 cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine that produces 47 bhp and 43.5 Nm of torque, and is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch. The electronics in the bike also remain intact, which include three ride modes, adjustable traction control and dual-channel ABS.
