Ram Pothineni’s upcoming film “Andhra King Taluka” is gearing up for release, and the actor is brimming with confidence. For the first time in his career, Ram has made a bold statement ahead of release, calling it a special film for the entire Telugu film industry.
Known for his energetic screen presence, Ram reveals that this project takes him into a more emotional and grounded zone, blending authentic storytelling, heartland emotions, and his youthful spark.
Clarifying the genre, Ram said, “Andhra King Taluka is not a love story. It’s a life story — the story of a fan.”
He plays Sagar, a devoted fan of a movie star portrayed by Upendra. Directed by Mahesh Babu P and produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film also stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead. “Andhra King Taluka” is set to release on November 28, with USA premieres scheduled two days earlier.
