Ducati India has launched the 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2, with prices starting at Rs 17,50,200 (ex-showroom) for the standard Streetfighter V2 and Rs 19,48,900 (ex-showroom) for the pricier Streetfighter V2 S. The Ducati Streetfighter V2 is a middleweight sport naked based on the Panigale V2 and claims to be the lightest streetfighter ever produced by Ducati, with the most expensive V2 S variant having a dry weight of 175 kg.

The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 follows the signature design language of the Ducati Streetfighter family, with a forward-slung body and a sharp face highlighted by full-LED headlights and DRLs. According to Ducati, the new Streetfighter V2 is a great sport bike choice for everyone with its lightness, easy handling and a powerful yet useful engine.

Engine and performance
The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 is powered by a new 890 cc, 90-degree V2 engine which is certified as per Euro5+ standards. This new engine weighs only 54.4 kg and is the lightest twin-cylinder engine ever produced by Ducati. The 890 cc, V-twin engine makes 119 bhp at 10,750 rpm and 93.3 Nm of peak torque at 8,250 rpm. Over 70% of the torque is available at just 3,000 rpm, promising exciting response throughout the rev range. A racing exhaust is available as an accessory, which increases power to 125 bhp and reduces weight by 4.5 kg.

CHASSIS AND SUSPENSION
The 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V2 is built on a monocoque frame, with the V2 engine used as a stressed element. Inspired by the new Panigale V4, the Streetfighter V2 also features a double-sided swingarm, which is said to improve stability and mechanical grip. There is a difference in the suspension setup of V2 and V2 S.

The Streetfighter V2 features a fully adjustable Marzocchi fork and a fully adjustable Kayaba rear monoshock. The V2 S, on the other hand, gets a fully adjustable Öhlins NIX-30 front fork and Öhlins rear suspension, a lighter lithium-ion battery, Ducati Power Launch (DPL), pit limiter and 3 kg less curb weight (175 kg) (178 kg for the Streetfighter V2).
Both the V2 and V2 S have Sachs steering damper and new cast wheels shod with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires (120/70 front and 190/55 rear). Braking duties are handled by a powerful Brembo system with M50 monobloc callipers and a 320 mm front disc.

Features
There are four riding modes available on the bike – Race, Sport, Road and Wet. Additionally, it gets a new 5-inch TFT display that provides a clear and intuitive rider interface, including three display modes (Road, Road Pro and Track) to suit multiple riding conditions.
Additionally, Ducati is also offering a number of accessories for the new Streetfighter V2, including a racing exhaust for track use, Lap Timer Pro self-timing system, cruise control, turn-by-turn navigation, USB power socket and TPMS tire pressure sensor. The Streetfighter V2 is available in Ducati Red color in India from today.
