Applied Turtle Wax Ceramic graphene paste on my Verna: Final result BHPian somspaple recently shared this with other enthusiasts: Finally was able to apply Turtle Wax Ceramic Graphene paste wax to the entire car. Needless to stay it was a tiring process: 1. Car was relatively clean after last wash couple of days ago. Used plain water to power wash. 2. Claying the surface – this time around I used APC as clay lubricant. 3. Power washing with plain water – APC was already acting as detergent. 4. Towel drying with soft microfiber cloth. 5. I did not use rubbing compound this time around for 2 reasons – It was a soft clay and rubbing compound on entire car is a lot of hard work. Instead followed below steps for waxing one panel at a time:Applied paste wax with applicatorLet it haze for few minsUsed a microfiber cloth to remove excess compoundUsed another microfiber cloth to buff the surfaceUnlike other waxes, I find this paste wax very easy to work with. Doesn’t leave any streaks like liquid wax nor is it stubborn to buff off. As mentioned earlier, car paint itself has suffered lot of stone chipping damage and some scratches here and there. But overall after this ‘detailing’ session – car is looking fab . The disappearing act! RX too will get pampered shortly. Though it needs a complete overhaul. Love the Black colour!
