I bought a Kawasaki Ninja 300 in 2025: My few initial observations

I bought a Kawasaki Ninja 300 in 2025: My few initial observations BHPian Samba recently shared this with other enthusiasts:Kawasaki Ninja 300 replaces the Yamaha FZ25.After test riding a few bikes, I finally zeroed in on the Ninja 300. I had a crush on the Kawasaki Ninja since childhood. So, this was a purely heart-based decision to pick this bike in 2025! Rode the bike for around 100 km in city traffic so far.Few observationsI’m already missing the FZ25’s street bike nature to cut through the city traffic. The Ninja requires much more space & patience. The MY25 Ninja with projector headlights has a good throw, but the illumination is poor. The heat is well managed in the Ninja. This 300cc P-twin engine is silk smooth. Yet to explore the higher rpms as the bike is in the break-in period now.The gear shifting is precise. The brakes are average or, at most, okay. The 2025 KTM Duke 390 has impressive brakes.I am comfortable with its seating posture. Not much pain in my wrist or shoulder has been felt till now.Too early to gauge, I’m guessing the mileage I am getting till now is roughly around 20 km/L.This bike felt much more stable on the corners than my FZ25.Sharing a couple of picsHeart was on the green Ninja, but after I turned 40 this year, I was not sure enough to ride a green bike with confidence, hence I picked the more conservative grey & black! My wife’s vote was also on the grey & black Ninja. Check out BHPian comments for more insights and information.
