The 2025 MLS Cup final will feature Inter Miami CF facing the Vancouver Whitecaps, with both teams playing in their first final in franchise history, on Saturday, Dec. 6, at Chase Stadium.
Inter Miami secured its spot in the finals after defeating New York City FC 5-1, claiming the title of Eastern Conference champions. Tadeo Allande was a standout performer for Inter Miami, opening the scoring with two goals in the first half, giving his side an advantage going into halftime. New York managed to net its only goal during the first half.

In the 67th minute, Mateo Silvetti extended Miami’s lead, assisted by Lionel Messi, while Telasco Segovia scored in the 83rd minute with a clever heel pass from Jordi Alba. Allande capped off an impressive performance by completing his hat trick with a goal in the 89th minute.
On the other side of the bracket, the Vancouver Whitecaps secured their first Western Conference championship title by defeating San Diego FC, 3-1. Brian White scored two goals, and an unfortunate mishap by San Diego’s Pablo Sisniega resulted in an own goal during the first half, sealing the victory for the Whitecaps.
