The Harley-Davidson X440 T has been launched in India. The bike is priced at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). The X440 T brings in subtle updates that include a redesigned tail section. The stretched tail gives the bike a more balanced look. It carries forward the same teardrop-shaped fuel tank, round LED headlamp and single-pod instrument console. It comes equipped with a single-piece seat, bar-end mirrors, alloy wheels and a single side-mounted exhaust. Besides the cosmetic changes, the X440 T also gets ride-by-wire throttle, along with features like switchable traction control, switchable rear ABS, panic braking alert and two riding modes: Road and Rain. The X440 T is powered by the same 440cc, single-cylinder engine as the standard model. It produces 27 BHP and 38 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The X440 T is available in four colours: Pearl Blue, Pearl Red, Pearl White, and Vivid Black.
