Days after the official launch of the new Sierra, Tata Motors has revealed the prices of most of the variants of its new SUV. The company was expected to release the prices of the entire model lineup before the bookings open on December 16, but in ‘Part 2’ of the price reveal, Tata has shared the prices of all the variants except the most expensive Accomplished and Accomplished+ trim levels, which will be the costliest. It looks like there will be an unprecedented ‘Part 3’ price announcement for the Sierra, but it’s not clear whether that will happen before bookings open.

Potential buyers with naturally-aspirated petrol engines will be in for a treat, as prices for all variants with the 1.5-litre Revotron unit have been revealed today. Prices for the Sierra 1.5 Revotron start at Rs.11.49 lakh and go up to Rs.16.79 lakh for the Adventure variant equipped with the dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The new 1.5-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol will be available in three trims, but as of now Tata has revealed the price of only the Adventure+ variant, which is priced at Rs 17.99 lakh. Note that the turbo-petrol engine will be available only with automatic transmission.

The Hyperion gets Tata’s own 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine

The starting price of the Sierra diesel is Rs 1.50 lakh more than the 1.5 NA petrol variant, and the Adventure+ variant with manual gearbox is priced at Rs 17.19 lakh. The price of Adventure+ with automatic transmission increases by Rs 1.30 lakh.

Like its key rivals, Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, the new Sierra is available in three engine options – 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, 1.5-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. The NA petrol is a new engine in the Revotron range that produces 105 bhp and 145 Nm of peak torque, and is mated to a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCA) transmission. It will be available with all variants of the Sierra except the most expensive Accomplished+ trim.

The turbo petrol variant is powered by the all-new, much-awaited 1.5-litre TGDi engine, which produces 158 bhp and 255 Nm of peak torque. The 1.5-litre Cryojet diesel engine produces 116 bhp and 280 Nm of peak torque. It is available with 6-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission.

Prices for the Accomplished, Accomplished+ variants are expected to be announced soon.

Depending on the variant, Tata is also offering drive modes and three terrain modes – Normal, Wet and Rough. It also features a new suspension system with Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD) that adapts to road conditions to improve ride and handling.

Bookings for the new Sierra will begin from December 16, 2025, while deliveries will begin from January 15, 2026.
