BHPian DiMaGo recently shared this with other enthusiasts: I own an Ertiga ZDi+ from 2019 [1.5L]. While many of my friends were apprehensive of my decision owing to the model’s affinity for being a ‘Taxi’ segment car, I went ahead with the purchase anyway. It’s been 6 years and 42k+ km, and every time I drive it, there is a pleasant smile on my face. Not because of its handling or acceleration or anything, but simply because of the Peace of mind and reliability it gives me. I have driven it extensively with ‘Full house’ and loads of luggage over long distances, and each passenger in the car came out with no discomfort whatsoever. Yes, there are areas of improvement in it [as mentioned in the above posts] which would have made it more ‘likeable’, but since it is still selling in good numbers, Maruti has not bothered much to put them in it! If anyone ever has a doubt on this vehicle, simply rent it [no matter if it is XL6 or Ertiga] and take it for a spin over long distances, and you will get your questions answered by the Car!
