We’ve made good progress on the external work, and a lot of the heavy lifting on the parts side is now done. Most of the key components have been sourced and acquired – a mix of:Original and repro parts from sellers across IndiaA few hard-to-find pieces from shops in the UKSome custom-made bits from the US (including the headlights)Right now, the car is in the pre-paint stage – final body prep, gaps, lines, and small corrections. The plan from here is:Wrap up pre-paint prepMove into paintThen shift focus to the interior workHonestly, the toughest part so far has been:Sourcing original / period-correct partsDialing in the overall design aestheticsDeciding what should (and shouldn’t) be part of the build scopeI’ve attached a few pictures so you can see where things stand at the moment.
