Hyderabad recorded 6,923 residential property registrations worth Rs 4,904 crore in November 2025, marking a 25 per cent year-on-year rise, with strong demand for premium homes priced above Rs 1 crore, according to Knight Frank India.

Hyderabad: During the month of November, a total of 6,923 residential properties worth Rs.4,904 crore were registered in Hyderabad.
According to a latest report released by the Knight Frank India, the preference for bigger properties continue to grow in the city with 17 per cent of these registrations being for properties spread over 2,000 sft.
According to Knight Frank India’s latest assessment, residential property registrations in Hyderabad rose sharply by 25 per cent year-on-year (YoY) and 12 per cent month-on-month (MoM) in
November 2025, while the total value of homes registered increased by 40 per cent YoY during the same period.
According to the report, registrations strengthened in the latter part of the year, with November recording the highest monthly volumes in 2025. Demand for premium housing remains robust, indicated by an 87 per cent YoY surge in registrations for homes valued above Rs. 1 crore.
Knight Frank India noted that in November 2025, registrations of homes valued above Rs.1 crore increased sharply by 87 per cent YoY, reinforcing the ongoing premiumization trend in Hyderabad.
This segment accounted for 21 per cent of all registered properties during the month, up from 14 per cent in November 2024. In value terms, homes priced above Rs.1 crore contributed a dominant 51 per cent of total transaction value.
Locations such as Kokapet, Puppalaguda, Nanakramguda, Narsingi and Gaganpahad witnessed registrations of homes priced Rs.1 crore and above.
At the district level, Rangareddy accounted for 47 per cent of property registrations, followed by Medchal-Malkajgiri at 41 per cent. Hyderabad district contributed the remaining 12 per cent of total registrations.
