The Tata Punch has been one of the most popular models in the brand’s line-up. In 2026, the sub-compact SUV will receive an update, with the design and features being the primary focus. The latest spy image of the Punch facelift doesn’t reveal much, as the prototypes are yet to drop their camouflage. However, these test mules do look production-ready. The updated Punch is expected to get a few cosmetic changes, including a redesigned front fascia, with a split headlamp setup similar to the outgoing version. The Punch facelift could get a two-tone cabin with a large touchscreen infotainment system in the centre and a digital instrument cluster. It will also get Tata’s latest 2-spoke steering wheel. The new Punch will be offered with the same powertrain options, including a 1.2-litre petrol engine paired with either a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AMT. This particular example is the CNG version, which uses the same 1.2-litre petrol engine with Tata’s Twin Cylinder Technology.
