The makers of Prabhas’ The Raja Saab have already announced that the horror fantasy will have paid premieres in India on January 8. As per the latest buzz, Megastar Chiranjeevi’s family entertainer Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu will also have paid previews on January 11.
It is said that The Raja Saab’s ticket prices will be set at Rs. 800/- for premiere shows, while Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu is expected to have a ticket fare of Rs. 500/- for these special shows. However, there is a catch. The paid premieres will go ahead only if the Telangana government gives approval.
Recently, the Revanth Reddy-led government stated that there won’t be any paid premieres and ticket price enhancements in the state for any film. We need to wait and see what happens now. The Raja Saab is helmed by Maruthi, while Anil Ravipudi directed Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu.
