Hyderabad: Care Hospitals, Hitec City, on Wednesday launched AI-powered Stryker Mako Robotic System, which promises to bring more precision and personalisation in joint replacement procedures and faster patient recovery.
According to the hospital surgeons, the new robotic system that comes integrated with AI enhances surgical accuracy by enabling real-time decision-making, personalized surgical planning, and precision execution.
The advanced system is particularly effective in total knee, partial knee, and hip replacement surgeries, resulting in faster recovery, minimal post-op pain, and improved long-term outcomes, a press release said.
Other key features of the robotic surgery system include AI-driven 3D CT-based surgical planning for patient-specific procedures and real-time intra-operative robotic guidance with haptic feedback for enhanced precision.
