After introducing in India, Citroen is all set to launch the new C3 Aircross SUV in the Brazilian market. Ahead of the official launch, the French automaker has released the engine specifications of the SUV. What’s interesting is that the Brazilian-spec Citroen C3 Aircross will receive a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine instead of the 1.2L turbo unit offered with the India-spec model.
The 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine is already offered with several models from Stellantis Group’s cars including Fiats and Peugeots. This engine is capable of producing 130PS of power and 200Nm of torque, which is 20PS and 10Nm more than the 1.2L 3-cylinder turbo unit.
