Bheeshma is an important film in Nithiin’s filmography. With this comedy entertainer, Nithiin scored the much-required success. A few months back, Bheeshma Trio, Nithiin, Rashmika, and Venky Kudumula announced a new film. The announcement video itself brought very good hype to the movie as it was very creative and funny.
However, a few reports stated that Rashmika walked out of the film, citing dates issues. Rashmika herself has dismissed these rumors and confirmed that she is very much part of the film. In a turnaround of events, Nithiin has now stated that Rashmika is no longer part of the movie. The most sought-after beauty, Sreeleela, will be playing the female lead in Nithiin-Venky Kudumula’s movie.
Nithiin stated the same during the promotions of his upcoming film Extra Ordinary Man. Nithiin said, “Currently, there is a void of heroines in the industry. Actresses are showing interest in being part of Bollywood films. My director, Venky, opined that Sreeleela would be the right fit. It was great working with Sreeleela. She being a Telugu girl is one more advantage.”
Interestingly, Sreeleela is also the female lead in Extra Ordinary Man. The movie, directed by Vakkantham Vamsi, is scheduled for release in theatres on December 8. Let’s see if she can be the lucky charm for Nithiin.
