Salaar is the most awaited film among the December releases. The trailer is out last night and the reactions are mixed. The trailer failed to live up to the expectations as it had a lot of drama rather than action. Though the film hints of having a high voltage action, the makers were focused on narrating the plot and the glimpses of the action stunts are never shown. Prabhas is trolled for his dialogue modulation in the trailer.
Salaar is the story of two friends Deva (Prabhas) and Varadharaja Mannar (Prithviraj Sukumaran). Deva comes to rescue Mannar at the right time and the first part of Salaar is hitting the screens on December 22nd. The trailer also has the shades of KGF in presentation and there are a lot of actors like Jagapathi Babu, Tinu Anand, Bobby Simha, Eswari Rao and Sriya Reddy in prominent roles. Shruti Haasan is the leading lady and Simrat Kaur will sizzle in a special song. On the whole, the trailer of Salaar failed to live up to the expectations. Hombale Films are the producers of this big-budget attempt.
