Story:
Abhi (Nithin) is a junior artist. He is trying to become famous as an actor and become a hero. But as an actor he is always left behind. As an extra artist, Merupula Likhita (Srileela) enters the rest of Abhi's life. Lakhita falls in love with Abhi. Abhi, who thinks everything is happy, unexpectedly gets a hero's chance. Following some dramatic developments, Abhi will be inducted into the role of Satan. Who is this Satan?, Why did Abhi become Satan?, What is the role of IG Vijay Chakraborty (Rajasekhar) in the middle?, What turn did Abhi's story take? That is the rest of the story.
Plus Points:
Comedy scenes, action scenes and interval sequences in the drama about a junior artiste becoming a hero in real life are good. Along with entertainment, some emotional elements are also impressive in the movie. Nithin who played the hero in this movie did very well with his acting, body language and action sequences. Also, Nithin's performance in some critical scenes is a special attraction of the movie.
Dr. who played another key role in the movie. Rajasekhar also did full justice to his role. Otherwise, the role is not long, and the importance is also low. But, Rajasekhar was impressed. Heroine Srileela entertains with her glamour. Rao Ramesh who played the hero's father acted very well. His mannerisms are good. The timing of the punches and comedy between Nitin and Rao Ramesh is also entertaining.
Sudev Nair, Rohini, Sampath Raj and Brahmaji also did justice to their roles. Also, the rest of the actors who appeared in other roles also acted well within their scope. The hero's role in this movie.. the acting track related to that character.. and the scenes associated with that acting.. and the rest of the characters along with the villain.. All in all, there are some comedy elements in this movie.
Minus Points:
Although there is matter in the main point of the movie, the director Vakkantham Vamsi faltered at some places in writing the screenplay according to that point. When a concept like this was taken, it would have been better if the movie had been full of fun and exciting throughout the movie. But, the interesting elements in the first half were missing in the second half. Second half graph should increase but not decrease than first half. But the second half of this movie is not as expected.
Villain making silly plans for hero rise is also not good. Some of the scenes in this sequence go poorly. Also logics are nowhere to be found. Also, the love track between the hero heroines also lacks the right strength. Actually, full comedy can be maintained in this story. The first half was really fun. The director could not continue that fun in the second half.
Technical Department:
Technically, the work of the technical department in the movie is good. Especially Harris Jayaraj's music is a plus for the movie. Similarly, the cinematography work of Arthur A. Wilson IASC, Yuvraj J, Sai Sriram also became the highlight of the movie. Editor Praveen Pudi's editing is suitable for the film. In this movie, the producers N. The production values followed by Sudhakar Reddy and Nikita Reddy are very good.
Verdict:
The main concept, junior artist track, and comedy and action scenes are good in this movie called Extra Ordinary Man. Also, some of the emotional elements seem off. However, factors such as uninteresting treatment, weak main characterizations and lack of expected second half have damaged the outcome of the film. However, Nitin's performance and Rajasekhar's guest appearance are a plus for the movie. Overall, this film will impress a section of audience.
