Similar to the regular G trim, the special edition’s G variant comes equipped with a panoramic sunroof, HUD, wireless charging, ambient interior lighting, a 6-speaker Arkamys sound system, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and six airbags. The SUV’s strong hybrid version uses a 1.5L K15C mild hybrid powertrain with ISG (integrated starter generator), delivering 103bhp and 137Nm of torque. It can be had with both a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The strong hybrid version is boosted with Toyota’s 1.5L TNGA Atkinson Cycle setup, producing 92bhp of power and 122Nm of torque.
