Nellore: One person died, while several children were injured after a school bus collided with a lorry on the Kavali National Highway in Andhra Pradesh‘s Nellore. The bus driver died on the spot and the injured children were rushed to hospital. The accident has been reported in the Sripotti Sriramulu Nellore district when the students were being taken to school.
Devarala Chinna Kondaiah of Bogolu, the 60-year-old bus driver died on the spot and at the time of the accident, a total of 36 students and teaching staff were on the school bus. The injured have been taken to a private hospital and are being treated by the doctors. Parents of the injured students were immediately informed and they reached the hospital.
