Hyderabad: GHMC, traffic police take up anti-encroachment drive at Saidabad


Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) along with the traffic police took up an anti-encroachment drive at Saidabad on Saturday.

As part of the drive, the authorities removed sheds, kiosks, temporary stalls on the stretch between Saidabad cross roads to Saidabad colony. Around 60 encroachments were removed in the joint operation.


The traffic police officials maintained the drive was necessitated due to frequent traffic slowdowns witnessed on the route. The officials advised the people not to occupy the public carriageway.
