Suspense continues around Vidaa Muyarchi’s release

For Pongal, Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly was supposed to be released, but at the last moment, Vidaa Muyarchi occupied the festival slot. However, there has been no clarity on the release date. A teaser and song were released, but there was no mention of the release date.
On the other hand, advance bookings kickstarted in international markets, with January 10 set as the tentative release. However, there is a buzz in the film circles that the movie may not meet the deadline. A few state that the dilemma is due to pending works, while some say it is because of legal issues.
An official announcement from Lyca Productions will make things clear. The movie is directed by Magizh Thirumeni who helmed Thadam. Trisha plays the leading lady.
The action thriller also features Arjun, Regina Cassandra, and Bigg Boss fame Arav in crucial roles. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the tunes.
