Any way I can complain to BMTC ? Its India so its a long shot anything meaningful would come out of this but still want folks to beware of idiot bus drivers like that.

I was driving in BTM 2nd stage in Bengaluru today when I was rear ended by a BMTC bus. It caused some paint to chip off of my Slavia but thankfully no dents or damage to the rear lights. This is my first car and I am understandably pissed. I noted down the bus registration number and even have the dashcam footage which shows the bus rear ending my car in B2B traffic. But I didn’t clean my rear windshield so the bus registration number isn’t visible in the footage. I noted it down after I came to the side and the bus was departing from the bus stop.
1. The paint has chipped off in two places in the rear bumper. Its small but when you look at it closely its not pretty especially for a ~2 month old car. Should I claim insurance for this considering the fact that I would lose my NCB next year during renewal ? Any idea how much would repainting the rear bumper cost ? Any good FNGs that can fix this, should I even consider an FNG for a brand new car ?
