Mahesh purchased 200 grams of heroin from Samsuddin, for which he paid Rs.1 lakh online. On January 10, Mahesh arrived in Hyderabad by train and proceeded to stay at his friend Mahipal’s residence in Sainik Nagar in Neredmet and informed Mahipal about the heroin transaction.
