Hyderabad: AICC incharge Meenakshi Natarajan on Thursday urged party MLAs and MPs to ensure that all the welfare schemes are effectively communicated to the public. During a review meeting of several parliamentary constituencies, she mentioned that the positive impact of these schemes was evident on the ground. “Public trust must be transformed into electoral support. All party leaders should collaborate,” she advised them. TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud, who was also present at the meeting, emphasised the importance of clearly and directly explaining govt schemes to the public. “Senior and junior leaders should work together in coordination. They need to proactively address local issues. Welfare schemes are being implemented in a manner that astonishes the nation,” he stated. Meanwhile, former MLA Sampath Kumar has filed a complaint with the AICC incharge against Mallu Ravi, the chairman of the disciplinary committee and MP of Nagarkurnool. The complaint claims that Mallu Ravi was associating with one of the BRS MLAs, crossing party lines. It alleged that such behaviour could severely damage the party and that immediate action was required. The letter requested that Mallu Ravi be reprimanded. It was highlighted that engaging with BRS leaders poses significant risks and that Congress leaders should respond accordingly.
