In a fireside conversation moderated by Devi Prasad Dash (CHRO, Apollo Health & Lifestyle), Meenakshi Chillar, HR country Leader, ModMed India and IVS Ranganath, Head HR- Shriram Bioseed Genetics(DCM Shriram) shared insights into how HR leaders navigate organisational chaos, manage emotional labour, and preserve culture in high-pressure environments.
