Tata Motors is facing intense competition in every segment and it has a strong product strategy to strengthen its market position. After the Harrier EV, the Tata Sierra nameplate revival will be the next big launch planned for this year. The updated Punch is also slated to launch in October, 2025. The homegrown automaker will kick start 2026 with the launch of Harrier and Safari petrol models, which will be followed by a new compact SUV codenamed – Tata Scarlet.

Tata Scarlet Launch:

While official launch details of the new Tata compact SUV are yet to be revealed, it’s reported to hit showrooms in the second half of 2026.

Tata Scarlet Price Prediction:

The Tata Punch and Nexon are already performing great in the sub-4 metre SUV segment, and Tata won’t want to impact their sales. Therefore, the Scarlet is likely to hit a sweet point between the Punch (Rs 12.49 lakh – Rs 17.19 lakh) and the Nexon (Rs 8 lakh – Rs 15.6 lakh). Though, some price overlap with its siblings is likely.
