Checked out the facelift today. I called up my previous sales executive and dropped in the showroom. During the time he was busy with another customer, we checked out the display car.

Booked the Diesel Fearless + S purple AMT variant for 11k. The estimated delivery time was 60 days. This variant is priced at Rs 18.47 lakhs on-road, Navi Mumbai.
Have kept colour flexible as we were able to see only the Purple, Gray and White colours. Will finalise it after checking out the Red colour in person. Have asked him to inform me when the test drive vehicle arrives. Just wanted to see how much of a deal breaker the AMT would be. Will post more details post the TD, which would be next week or after that.
There are few options in the market for a Diesel automatic. All the > 4m options are north of 21 lakhs. The lone competitor Sonet is really cramped for space plus the VGT arrangement yields poor FE, beating the purpose of buying a diesel.
Overall, except for the door panels and the mechanicals, the car felt like a significant upgrade over the outgoing model.
So, if things go well, I will be selling off my ’21 Diesel XMS model for the facelift one. A lot depends on what price I get for my existing car.
